Professional monograph writing service

Monograph is a scientific work devoted to an in-depth study of one or more closely related topics. It may contain new hypotheses, concepts, theories. The monograph examines the problem in the most detailed and comprehensive manner, demonstrating the deep knowledge and ability of the author to conduct scientific research.

It is often believed that "mono" in this term means sole authorship, but this is a false opinion. A monograph stands for "scientific research devoted to one topic" - English. monograph, German and Fr. monographie from the Greek. μόνος "one, only" and γράφω "I write". Therefore, for a monograph, the unity of the topic itself is important, and the authorship can belong to the entire team of scientific employees.

Types of monographs

Depending on the number of authors, there are two types of monographs - author's and collective.

  • Author's monograph is a one-man job. It reflects the results of scientific research conducted by the author. Such a monograph gives the author the opportunity to fully express his point of view and approach to research. The author's monograph is an important stage in the scientist's scientific career, as it testifies to his deep knowledge in a certain field of science, the ability to conduct independent research and draw scientific conclusions.

  • Collective scientific monograph is a work written by a group of scientists. It can present the results of research conducted by different authors within the framework of the same scientific program or on the same topic. A collective monograph makes it possible to combine the efforts of various scientists, which allows to obtain a deep and comprehensive study. It is also a great option for the author when there is only enough scientific material for an article. Because the authors can combine their work in a monograph, which is more prestigious.

Generally accepted requirements for a monograph

Since a monograph, unlike a dissertation, is intended for a wide range of readers, the style and language of the text should be simple and understandable. Even under scientific content, accessibility for different audiences should be hidden.

1

Before writing, it is necessary to conduct a qualitative review of the literature. The author must express his own opinions and interpretations.

2

It is important that the work is unified and fully covers the topic. Chapters should flow logically into each other, and the general conclusion should summarize the main ideas and conclusions.

3

The monograph should include the results of the author's own research, which are related to the topic of the work. The logical connection between the experimental data and the research topic is important for creating a coherent scientific work.

4

The author of the monograph should put forward his own hypotheses and concepts that can expand the understanding of the subject of research.

5

When writing a monograph collectively, the authors should pay attention to the logical connection between the sections in order to avoid the impression that it is only a collection of scientific works. Each author should make his unique contribution, but at the same time refrain from unnecessary duplication and contradictions.
