Principles for determining the Top 200 Ukraine 2024 university rankings:
- Openness and transparency. Only open data from the web resources of independent national and international organisations were used. The methodology for calculating university rankings is available to verify the validity of the results.
- Comprehensiveness of the assessment. The work of universities was assessed by a wide range of indicators that take into account the diversity of their activities.
- Priority of European integration. The weights of international indicators (QS, THE, Scopus, Webometrics, THE Impact Rankings, QS Sustainability) are set higher than national ones. These methodologies use large amounts of data to determine the performance of universities and their current positions.
The best higher education institutions according to the National H-index Ranking 2024

The ranking takes into account the total H-index of scientific institutions in a particular country using data from the Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar databases. Based on this data, the National H-index Ranking indicator and the corresponding ranked position in the ranking are formed.
